Terms & Conditions.

At Webradiance, we believe that elite digital architecture requires a foundation of absolute transparency, mutual respect, and clear operational boundaries. These Terms and Conditions outline the framework of our partnership and the uncompromising standards to which we hold both our agency and our clients.

1. Financial Structure & Payment Terms

  • To secure a position in the Webradiance production calendar, a 50% non-refundable commencement fee is required before any strategy, research, or technical development begins.
  • The remaining 50% balance will be invoiced upon your final approval of the staging website.
  • The final digital asset will not be migrated to your live domain, nor will any code or administrative access be handed over, until the final invoice is paid in full.
  • All invoices are strictly payable within 7 days of receipt.

2. Project Scope & Design Revisions

Our methodology is highly structured to ensure zero-bloat execution and predictable timelines. During the "Design Language" phase, you will be presented with a high-fidelity prototype.

  • This agreement includes up to two (2) consolidated rounds of revisions on this initial design prototype.
  • Once the design is officially approved and technical development (coding) commences, any further requests to alter the design, layout, or structural scope will be classified as "Scope Creep." These additions will be quoted and billed at our standard premium hourly rate.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Webradiance retains full ownership of all code, design files, and digital assets during the active build process.
  • Upon receipt of the final 50% payment, full ownership and intellectual property rights of the final website are legally transferred to you.
  • Webradiance reserves the right to display the completed project, alongside conceptual drafts and performance metrics, within our portfolio and marketing materials as proof of our architectural standards.

4. Client Delays & Abandonment Protocols

A premium 6-week build requires timely, decisive communication.

  • If Webradiance requests content, feedback, or approval required to advance the project, and you fail to respond for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days, the project will be officially classified as "Abandoned."
  • At this juncture, Webradiance reserves the right to halt all production and reallocate our engineering resources.
  • To resume an abandoned project, a £500 project-restart fee will be required to re-integrate your build into our active production schedule.

5. Hosting, Maintenance & Post-Launch Support

  • Upon successful launch and final payment, Webradiance provides a 14-day warranty period to resolve any critical bugs directly related to our custom code.
  • Standard Handoff: Unless a separate Webradiance Care Plan (monthly hosting and maintenance retainer) is formally agreed upon, you assume full responsibility for the website’s hosting, security, backups, and ongoing software updates.
  • Webradiance is not liable for any future site downtime, third-party plugin failures, or security breaches once the site infrastructure is handed over to your control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Webradiance engineers high-performance digital assets designed to maximize your market authority and search visibility. However, we do not guarantee specific financial results, exact sales figures, or a guaranteed #1 ranking on Google, as search algorithms and broader market conditions remain outside of our direct control. Our ultimate liability for any claim arising from this agreement shall never exceed the total project fee paid by the client.
